This Olive Oil is made from 100% Arbequina olives, hand picked and cold pressed, grown in the Maule Valley of Chile situated between the Andres and Coasted Mountain Ranges. Produced in early May, this early harvest Arbequina displays a creamy mouth feel and a nice pungent finish. Notes include savory artichoke and fresh cut grass. Lingering spiciness.
