Delicious sweet, fresh and delicate peach flavor aromatic of fresh peaches and tart white balsamic, the peach vinegar is a customer favorite.  Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena but is not caramelized; therefore, it retains its white color. The result is crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegar’s from Northern Italy. Extremely adaptable, it can be paired with any of our flavored oils to make light tart vinaigrette. Makes a unique marinade for fish, chicken and pork. Used in vinaigrette with one of our fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oils’, it is just delightful on a summery salad. Wonderfully compliments a mix of greens.Try pairing with our basil olive oil as a complimentary, with chipotle or garlic infused olive oil for a great grilling marinade or use it as a perfect condiment for a martini, fuzzy navel or ingredient in freshly made gelato.
