This vinegar is an Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont to infuse Balsamic Vinegar from Modena Italy. This balsamic is outrageously good! Reduce in a sauce pan by 50% to create a fun and unique maple syrup for pancakes.  Think waffles, glazing bacon, pork chops, ice cream, dressings, marinades, chocolate, cake, fruit, and on and on.  This unique balsamic has quickly become a customer favorite for brunch fare or as a sweet pair to our chipotle infused olive oil.
